Welcome to Purple Potato, local to Colorado Springs, but ship everywhere else.

  We bring custom, unique items to you whether it's a gift for a friend, a fundraiser, a family night, an event, or maybe a treat to yourself. From apparel to wood puzzles, you can find something different and intresting for kids and adults. 
 We started out by providing band merch, and expanded to DIY kits. We love creating and always have something in the works.

Fundraiser, Wholesale, Consignment.
  We understand coordnating a school event, running a small business, or having a friend/family gathering is time consuming and can be tricky. Not one gathering is the same, so contact us and let us know what you are planning and need. 
We do wholesale/discounted pricing on large orders, work with small businesses, and love working with schools on fundraisers.

    Adding Color To Wood:

      We love working with wood. You can color wood with about any medium from cryons to water color paint. Here are some swatches of the most common mediums people already have in their home.

     If you have wood stain, that works as well.

     If you don't know how your medium will react/look. Try it on the back if you can OR tell us when you order, and we can send you a scrap piece of wood to test on. 

      We use different types of wood for different products. Some wood is better to make puzzles with. Others make great keychains! We do test our products and have a genaral knowledge of wood.

    • Screen Printing – It's probably the nicest and holds up well over the years. It's ink that gets pressed through a screen with a design on it. Each color takes it's own screen. Usally it isn't cost effective to order in small quantities, as it takes a lot of "set up time."
    • DTF – (Direct to Film) Is heat pressed on garment. A design is printed onto heat transfer paper and gets pressed on with a cool press.
    • DTG - (Direct to Garment) Is a machine that prints directly to the garment. Department stores, like walmart, use this on t-shirts that fade in a few washes. 
    • POD – (Print on Demand) We do POD on our website. Designed by us, made by a third party (they have nice machines and a huge warehouse), and is shipped directly to you.
    • Digisoft - A mix between DTF and DTG. Offered on some of our products online with POD.
